Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is a joint venture established in the summer of 2020 and supported by Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz, and Saft (a subsidiary of TotalEnergies). Job description :

The industrialisation engineer has a solid experience and skills managing the design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of fully automated manufacturing lines, in the exclusive field of the electrical cell and battery and for his area of expertise : Electrolyte filling.

- Write the equipment technical specifications in accordance with product design requirement and process technical solutions.
- Lead the selected supplier during realization of the purchased equipment in order to respect the objectives of safety, quality, cost, performance and leadtime
- Verify suppliers and equipment compliance with ATEX requirements from Design until end of commissioning.
- Identify any potential risks for the project and think about how de-risking is possible with the supplier
- Define and organize Acceptance tests with the supplier for Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test.
- Participate to the line ramp-up after Start Of Production to reach Final acceptance level for the equipment and transfer the equipment responsibility to manufacturing team.

L'ingénieur en industrialisation possède une solide expérience et des compétences dans la gestion de la conception, de la fabrication, de l'installation et de la mise en service de lignes de fabrication entièrement automatisées, dans le domaine exclusif de la cellule électrique et de la batterie, ainsi que dans son domaine d'expertise : le remplissage d'électrolytes.

- Rédiger les spécifications techniques des équipements conformément aux exigences de conception du produit et aux solutions techniques du processus.
- Guider le fournisseur sélectionné pendant la réalisation des équipements achetés afin de respecter les objectifs de sécurité, de qualité, de coût, de performance et de délai.
- Vérifier la conformité des fournisseurs et des équipements aux exigences ATEX, de la conception jusqu'à la fin de la mise en service.
- Identifier les risques potentiels pour le projet et réfléchir à la manière de les réduire avec le fournisseur.
- Définir et organiser les tests d'acceptation avec le fournisseur pour les tests d'acceptation en usine et les tests d'acceptation sur site.
- Participer à la montée en puissance de la ligne après le démarrage de la production afin d'atteindre le niveau d'acceptation final pour l'équipement et transférer la responsabilité de l'équipement à l'équipe de fabrication.
